How to book

The usual wait for a first visit is one to two weeks. In pain? Say so: emergencies are seen the same day, Monday to Thursday.
Your first visit
- Check-in and file: general health, medications, allergies, what brings you in.
- Full exam by Dr. Fox, with X-rays if needed.
- Cleaning by the hygienist, the same day as the exam.
- We explain what we saw. If treatments are needed, you leave with a plan and a written estimate. Nothing is decided in the chair.
Plan about an hour. Arrive ten minutes early for the paperwork.
What to bring
- Your dental insurance card, if you have one.
- The list of your medications.
- Recent X-rays, if you have them. With your permission, we can also request them from your previous dentist.
- For a child under 10, their health insurance card.
Insurance, CDCP, RAMQ and payment
- Private dental insurance: we bill your insurer directly. You pay only the portion not covered.
- Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP): accepted. Bring the plan card.
- RAMQ: for children under 10, it covers the exam, X-rays and several basic treatments, but not the cleaning.
- Payment plans: available for implants and crowns. Ask us.
